Firstly it is important to know that why we should be fit and healthy
Some important key points are below that why fitness is most important in our life
1. A fit and healthy person always have a very attractive and gentle look , he seems to be quite different from others , he do not have to suffer with common problems as an unfit person have to suffer with, like internal irritation etc. Fitness is not just to have a great look externally , a person is said to be fit if he have good internal biological system as well as good immunity power.
2. A fit person always remains fresh and energetic all the time, from most of the researches it is concluded that a fit person also not have self irritation,over angering habits etc. A fit person have a fit body as well as a fit and fresh mind which relaxes him all the time and helps to fight with any problems , that person have a god and polite behaviour.
3. A fit person with fit mind is capable to face any type of problems in his/her life, he didn't give up and the desire of wining come from him naturally his mindset becomes very possitive, and the person might be diciplined. A fit person with a fit mind always have pleasure in his life .Therefore fitness is also to important in our life , so be fit and healthy to enjoy your life joyfully.
Given below are some major key points to be fit and healthy-:
1.To be fit you have to work very hard , you should be determined, you should have regular practices there should be feeling of not giving up, you should be very courageous and i know you are ,you should be honest to yourself toward your work you should be focoused on your target. You have to struggle daily there should no gap .
2. To be fit you have to maintain your diet , you have to work on it, you have to avoid junky food items , take healthy and fresh food in your diet, do not sleep more than 6 hours , say good bye to your laziness, your excuses and many more , as mentioned above you have to be very determined in any conditions you have not to distract your focus ,your routine, your maintenance system.
3. Keep your will strong , took motivation from the progress you achieved , from your surroundings , from the people who wants to see you fit and healthy , never give up , you have to fight for the pleasureness , joyful life , keep doing it regular.
4.To be fit and healthy you have to manage at least two ours daily of a day on this like , you have to be practice various exercises to loose fat , to get rid of your laziness , to boost your energy and to shape your body , you have to practice yoga , different-different asanas to build your internal system strong and to boost your immunity,
Prefered time to perform workout or yoga
1. Best time to perform yoga is early morning , because inn the early morning the surrounding environment is polite and fresh , which helps you to perform yoga concentrately , by inhaling the fresh of early morning , our immunity get increased and several diseases related to breathing like asthma can also be treated.
2. This is for the people who wants to get rid of their extra weight , love handles etc , they are preferred to exercise in warm time like in sunny days , for becoming slim and trim they have to generate more and more sweat for this you can also choose some warm places to exercise like a close room, close gym etc. The main thing they should keep in mind that they had to strongly maintain their diet , take less fat contain food material , less oily , less spicy , take more and more light food eg. salads, pulses , etc , consume more and more water and drinkable items , like pulses, milk , etc.
